Use this public form to request deletion of your DoItFriend account and associated personal data. You do not need to be logged in to open this page or submit the request.
Send a deletion request
Enter the email address connected to your DoItFriend account. We may reply to verify account ownership before completing deletion.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete your DoItFriend account and personal data associated with that account where deletion is applicable, including account profile details and stored app content connected to your account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, app store transaction records, or support history. We keep retained information only for as long as it is needed for those purposes.
Subscriptions
Deleting your DoItFriend account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the store where you purchased it.
